On-Site Health Screenings are $20/employee and include the following:
- Blood Pressure
- Blood Glucose
- Total Cholesterol
- Body Composition and BMI
- For Men a PSA Test
- For Women 40+ a Mammogram Certificate
- Individual Access to our Patient Portal
